1. Ordering Process:

   • Customers must provide accurate details and specifications for their personalised comic book style illustrations.

   • Orders are considered final upon payment confirmation.

   • Any changes to the order must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. After this period, changes may incur additional charges.

2. Content Guidelines:

   • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the content of their personalised comic book style illustrations complies with all copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

   • We reserve the right to refuse any orders containing offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted material.

3. Copyright and Ownership:

   • All personalised comic book style illustrations remain the intellectual property of Toon Out Art until full payment is received.

   • Upon full payment, customers own the rights to use the illustrations for personal use only. Commercial use or reproduction for profit is prohibited without prior written consent.

4. Delivery and Turnaround Time:

   • Estimated turnaround times for personalised comic book style illustrations will be communicated to customers upon order confirmation.

   • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or high demand. In such cases, customers will be promptly notified.

5. Refunds and Cancellations:

   • Refunds will only be issued for orders canceled within 24 hours of placement.

   • Once work on an illustration has commenced, cancellations will not be accepted, and refunds will not be provided.

6. Quality Assurance:

   • We strive to deliver high-quality personalised comic book style illustrations that meet or exceed customer expectations.

   • In the rare event that a customer is dissatisfied with the final product, we will work with them to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

7. Privacy Policy:

   • We respect our customers' privacy and will not share their personal information with third parties without their consent.

   • Any personal information collected during the ordering process will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing customer support.

   • All illustrations and source material may be used for advertising and social media content purposes. Otherwise communicated. 

8. Limitation of Liability:

   • Toon Out Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use personalised comic book style illustrations.

By placing an order for personalised comic book style illustrations, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

Returns Policy

 

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Personalised comic book style illustrations and prints are custom-made to each customer's specifications and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

   • Requests for returns or exchanges due to damage or defects must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

   • If a personalised comic book style illustration or print arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us immediately by contacting our customer service team at toonoutart@gmail.com.

   • Customers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the return process.

3. Return Authorisation:

   • Returns for damaged or defective items will be authorised on a case-by-case basis.

   • Authorisation for returns will be granted at the discretion of Toon Out Art upon review of the reported issue.

4. Return Process:

   • If a return is authorised, customers will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.

   • The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.

5. Refunds or Replacements:

   • Upon receipt of the returned item, Toon Out Art will inspect it to verify the reported damage or defect.

   • If the damage or defect is confirmed, customers will be offered the choice of a replacement item or a refund.

   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Custom-made personalised comic book style illustrations and prints that are not damaged or defective are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

7. Shipping Costs:

   • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for non-damaged or non-defective items.
